Screen printing onto glass

• The client had a requirement to print ink deposits onto a glass cylinder in order to achieve effects within certain refractive parameters.
• Mascoprint carried out extensive trials using several formats of prototype tooling and screens to achieve the required outcomes.
• A standard machine was modified to accommodate the finalised tooling and several in-house print trial runs were conducted to ensure the client was satisfied prior to final delivery.
• The machine is now installed and successfully producing printed cylinders to the client’s exacting requirements.
